I will start with the four pillars of health:
NO. 1. Get rid of the bad habits.
NO 2. Rely less on prescription medications.
NO 3. Follow the right diet system.
NO 4. Increase your daily activities.
This seems simple but hard. Not really !
Yes, it is simple. but not hard. I will absolutely convince you!
We will start with the first pillar: Get rid of the bad habits. I will not talk about cutting alcohols, caffeine, fat and cholesterol, smoking, overweight, sleep shortage, gulping sugars, soft drinks or preserved foods. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY SMARTER THAN THIS !
You have been taught this in school. All this is right and legitimate. Yes, cut on those. NO DOUBT !
But today I have some uncomfortable news for those who like MEATS !
I will give you an adrenaline boost first. Let us start with some stunning figures:
1. More than 100,000 cows are killed in United States everyday. Not to mention poultry and other meats, nor the rest of world.
2. Studies have shown that children who consumed hot dogs and other processed meats have an 80% higher potential of getting brain cancer. In addition eating hot dogs 12 times a month increased the incidents of leukemia (blood cancer) by 10 FOLDS !
3. Among 2000 workers in meat industry in the united states, 800 workers caught one form of disability just in one year !
Well, if you are not convinced yet, get to a web search engine and read more...but be ready to fast for a couple of days ! You most probably feel sick if you encounter a movie on this !
Here are some extra top reasons to cut back on meats:
