Did you think about your diet habits? If your answer is no, then you are in the right place. But if you answered with a yes, then you must read this also.
In this blog post I will discuss some of the most unhealthy diet practices and how to correct them. Let us list those.

1. If you consume a lot of dairy products, especially milk, yogurt and ice cream (wow, who doesn't like ice creams !) then watch out. If you got a stuffy nose most of the time, headache or difficulty breathing, then dairy products might be the reason. What to do? DRINK MORE WATER. Yes, that will absolutely help.
2. If you consume sweets, desserts and chocolates, then you will have to get more chromium and B-complex vitamin. They will help alleviate the bad effects of sweets on your internal balance.
3. If you consume caffeine, you will need more B-complex.
4. If you consume fatty or roasted foods, you will need to get a table spoon of lecithin to prevent fats absorption in your guts. You will find lecithin powder in your pharmacy.
5. If you still like meats (see my earlier blog about cutting down on meats), make sure you chew them carefully. Your stomach was not designed to chew ! it will only digest. So don't make things hard for it. In addition, have a large dish of salad, green leafy vegetables or any high-fiber foods with the meat (NO fruits please, those add sugars which will spoil digestion !!)
6. If you like to eat processed foods (you may be too busy to take care of your health !!), try to drink more water and get more vitamin c. Those two will absolutely help cleansing the junk out of your body.
7.  Try to make your last meal no later than 2 hours from your sleeping time. If not, chew your food carefully and try to use some digestive enzymes and walk for at least 10 minutes. Enzymes can be obtained from natural sources such as Pineapple, Kiwi, Mango, Papaya or Figs, or you can get them from pharmacy.
8. The golden tip: The more you eat, the more physical exercise you need. Try to eat less, count what you eat and find a time for exercise.
