The universal golden law for weight control... BELLY CONSERVATION OF MASS
Today. I will give you a simple, but effective tool to control your weight. You will not need to spend a single penny on fake medications nor deprive yourself from your favorite dish. Just relax and read through.
This  golden rule is well-known to the scientific community. They breath it everyday ! This is called the universal law of "BELLY CONSERVATION OF MASS". I actually came up with the term belly, so you will not find it in scientific books. Now don't panic if you don't like math and physics. I actually never did, although I hold a Ph.D. degree in Bio-Engineering. When you learn it in simple words, you will sure love this extremely important, yet simple principle.
The law goes like this:
WHAT GETS IN  (minus) WHAT LEAVES OUT equals (WHAT REMAINS = your belly !!)
Now imagine your body as a water tank which receives a certain amount of water (calories during meals in the case of your body) while it discharges another amount of water (that is any calories you consume as a result of any activity, even breathing or thinking !).
How simple is this. Easier said than practiced. NO! its easier practiced than said !
You need to know the following top simple facts. They are extremely important:
  1. One gram of lipids (fats and oils including healthy vegetable oils) has as TWICE calories as carbohydrates, sugars or proteins. Of course other nutrients such as vitamins, minerals, enzymes and water do not contribute to calories significantly.
  2. Most people who get fat, in faster than one nano second will definitely have a high rate of metabolism, not just simply because they eat more !. This is a bit complicated but don't worry. You will know this internal rhythm very well as you watch carefully. It is all about the chemistry of food synthesis inside your body.
  3. The good news: only a fraction of what you eat is actually assimilated inside your body. This is called the biological conversion factor. Some times, this would be as low as 2% ! If you use THAT SIMPLE calories calculator, you will absolutely OVERESTIMATE the actual amount of calories in your diet by 3 to 12 times !.
  4. The majority of fresh vegetables and sweet fruits (fruits and vegetables actually have at least 80% water and very little sugars and calories). They are considered low in calories !.
  5. However, vegetables when eaten with food, can help absorption of nutrients (and calories of course) when eaten with food.
  6. Sweet fruits, starchy vegetables and sweets, on the other hand, spoil the digestion process and reduce the absorption process. You will, however, get a flat stomach ! So watch out.
  7. You will have to cut down on fried and fatty foods in the first place, then high proteins and carbohydrates in the second place.
  8. When to stop eating?  simple when you start to feel that you have a stomach!
